WWF-Canada fundraiser this Thursday, Oct 11 at the Only Café! WWF October 9, 2012 Share: Share This Page: Share with Facebook Share via Twitter Share via Linkedin Share in email By Ashley Lawrence, Donor Relations Coordinator The Only Café (in Toronto) is holding a Community Panda fundraising event for WWF-Canada this Thursday, October 11th! The staff at The Only Café are highly interested in WWF-Canada’s initiatives and would like to fundraise and create awareness for our cause. Specifically, they are raising awareness for the polar bears and for WWF’s Arctic program. (C) Ashley Lawrence, WWF-Canada The event will include a short presentation from our own amazing Pete Ewins, WWF’s Senior Officer of Species! There will be Beau’s All Natural beer on tap (a small brewery based out of Vankleek Hill, Ontario) and all the proceeds from the keg will be donated to WWF! In addition, there will be a raffle, LIVE music, fire juggling, wine and cheese to nibble and sip on, and some of WWF’s famous adoption kits to purchase! All of the details are in the poster below, generously made by the staff at the café. So if you live in Toronto, come on out this Thursday for an evening of conservation awareness, live music and enjoyment.
