WWF-Canada Model Release Form
Please upload a signed copy of WWF’s model and media release form for any individuals appearing in the video and three photos previously uploaded. For individuals under the age of 18, parent or guardian signature is required. WWF’s model and media release form was attached to your original congratulatory email. If you have more release forms to share, please send them to us by email at gowild@wwfcanada.org.
