Please provide three approved quotes from student participants (with first names, grade and ages attributed) and one quote from a teacher/parent/administrator.

The student quotes should describe what they learned, how the project connected them to nature, how it made them feel and anything else they’d like to share with WWF. The teacher/parent/administrator quote should reference the impact the project had on the school community. We will use these quotes in future communications/marketing materials for the Go Wild Grants program.

Please upload a signed copy of WWF’s model and media release form for any individuals appearing in the video and three photos previously uploaded. For individuals under the age of 18, parent or guardian signature is required. WWF’s model and media release form was attached to your original congratulatory email.
