Our blooming May photo contest is here WWF May 3, 2016 Share: Share This Page: Share with Facebook Share via Twitter Share via Linkedin Share in email Some things we are noticing this spring: sunny skies, bikers and ice cream. But more importantly, we’re spotting flowers. When we see these first blossoms ﹘ after what feels like an eternity of rain and cool temperatures ﹘ we can’t help but get excited. It feels like spring is really here. This month, we challenge you to capture these blossoms for our May photo contest. Perhaps you have daffodils in your garden or a dogwood in your neighbourhood. Maybe you see some tulips on your morning commute or peonies in your local park. Keep your camera or phone ready, snap a beautiful flower photo (or three) and tell us about your picture. Congratulations to Leslie Karniszewski from Eliott Lake, whose photo was selected as our April photo contest winner. A big thank you to everyone who shared their photos. You can view them all here.
